The site – which has 39 hectares of zoned residential – could deliver over 1,250 residential units.
The purchase price of the site is in excess of €65m (approximately £57.8m) .

The acquisition is expected to be complete in Q3 2018, with units being delivered from 2019.
The land in the Greater Dublin Area is adjacent to Glenveagh’s existing site at Hollystown Golf Club.
